TMACS Fine Dining & Catering is looking for a Lead Events Coordinator / Assistant Catering Manager to join our growing team.

Reporting directly to the Catering Manager and Owner, this is a dynamic, multi-purpose leadership role that supports every aspect of our catering and restaurant operations. From coordinating events and leading staff to assisting with logistics, administration, and day-to-day operations, no two days are the same.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, leads by example, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy wearing many hats, we’d love to hear from you!

There are weddings, and then there are weddings you’ll never forget.

Our biggest wedding of the year took us to the breathtaking Davis Orchards, where we had the honor of celebrating two of our longtime friends and loyal customers, Coco and Todd. With 350 guests, an unforgettable evening, incredible food, and late night bites to keep the celebration going, this was truly one for the books.

Coco was absolutely stunning, and seeing the joy shared by everyone there was something we’ll never forget. Thank you both for trusting us with such an important day in your lives. Being part of this cherished milestone was an honor, and hands down, this was the most fun event we’ve had all year.

A huge thank you to wedding planner Sam for bringing every detail together so beautifully, to Melysa for the gorgeous cupcakes that completed the dessert display, and to Sam’s team whose hard work and teamwork helped make the entire event a success.

It takes an incredible team to create a celebration like this, and we are so grateful to have been part of such a magical day. Wishing Coco and Todd a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and beautiful adventures together. 🤍

Today we celebrate the man who means so much to all of us.

Happy Birthday to our owner, leader, our rock, and the heart behind it all! Your talent, kindness, consistency, and quiet strength have shaped not only this restaurant, but the people who are lucky enough to work alongside you.

Beyond everything you do here, you’re an incredible father to five wonderful girls. The love, dedication, and example you set for your family is something we all admire.

Thank you for believing in us, challenging us to be better, and leading with both passion and heart. We are grateful every day to be part of what you’ve built and even more grateful for the person you are.

We hope today is filled with the love, laughter, and celebration you so deserve.
