There’s actually two sides to Fork & Flame and we realized we’ve never really shown you that. ❤️🔥
A lot of people know us from the food truck and assume that’s where all of our catering comes from, but the truth is… our catering side is an entirely different operation. So here is a behind the scenes post for you!
🚚 The Food Truck Side
Most of the time, if you stop by the truck, you’ll probably see Jaylee running things and serving up your favorites.
🍽️ The Catering Side
Behind the scenes, Maryann and Summer handle the catering operation — from prep to planning to ex*****on for weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, golf scrambles, private parties, and large-scale events.
And yes… we absolutely can handle large catering events.
From intimate dinners to hundreds of guests, this side of Fork & Flame has grown far beyond what most people realize.
Also… since we’ve never shared it before this is part of our catering kitchen and our grill area view. And honestly? We’re pretty thankful this is where we get to work every day. 🌿☀️
We’ve built Fork & Flame to be more than a food truck.
It’s family, hard work, late nights, smoked meats, spreadsheets, event prep, chaos, creativity, and a whole lot of love poured into every event we take on.
