Dear Valued Customers,
It is with heavy hearts that after two and a half years at our Wallis location, we have made the difficult decision to stop operating the take-out side of business and shifting our focus on catering starting in 2026.
With expenses being high and foot traffic being low in Wallis, we cannot continue to be open to the public with the take-out side of the business. This was not a decision we took lightly but was needed in order to be able to continue to provide our family's empanadas without compromising quality and ensuring freshness.
This is not the end for us. It is the beginning of a new era. We'll continue to be based out of Wallis in the ghost kitchen we have worked hard to build and invested in. We will be focusing on the catering side of business for parties, corporate lunches, weddings, and all other events. With this new focus, we will be able to share our empanadas wherever we are needed.
We will continue with shipping our frozen empanadas all over the US to reach our distant customers!
Additionally, we will soon share more details about our plans to operate a mobile kitchen. Bringing our empanadas to you, freshly made on location for private and public events.
To our loyal customers who would make the drive from Katy, we want to express our deepest gratitude for following us all the way to Wallis and continuing to support us.
And to our new customers we have made here in Wallis, we thank you for coming to try our empanadas.
Thank you to all who supported us and we apologize that it did not work out for us to continue to operate this way. The Houston location will continue for dine-in and take-out.
