Laos and friends went OFFFFFF!! These are pictures of food that our new Cambodian friends ( crawfish, tenders and loaded fries) shared with us after we finished!!
The other plates: lil back story. Amazon mem2 was the first warehouse we acquired when we started our business. They found us while we were serving at Memphis In May and invited us to come cook at their site. We met Andrew. A young kid, who supported us from day 1. Fast forward to today, we no longer take any money from him and just kind of adopted him in a way. He brings us food or gifts from his native home and it’s always just ALOFA!!
This, to me, is MY FA’ ASAMOA way. It isn’t just about my family and OUR accomplishments, it’s about what we do IN and for our surrounding community. WE DONT DO WHAT WE DO FOR GIFTS OR RECOGNITION. WE DO IT BECAUSE THIS IS FA’ASAMOA. FA’ASAMOA IS COMMUNITY. ITS LEADERSHIP! Fellowship. It’s about inclusion. Learning. Teaching. It’s family. And THAT is how we treat everyone. That is why the feelings and the love is always reciprocated. It’s mutual. It’s love. We all know and understand it, we’re just here promoting it and enforcing love and peace and unity. And with that being said, you know we all, everyone my siblings, pulu siblings, our kids, nephews and nieces and everyone move the same way and always will. It’s built in us. We don’t require some fake motivational quote.
WE ARE SAMOA. WE ARE POLYNESIA. WE ARE FAMILY. WE ARE HERE. AND WE ARE HERE WITH YOU!!! We are open and we love y’all. Not better, not less, just right here with yall doing what we do!! SO LETS DO THIS!!
