It’s been a week without Giusti’s and losing it to the fire has been one of the hardest things our family has ever endured. We are heartbroken, as so many of you are and it has been tough trying to grasp this new reality. We have received an overwhelming amount of phone calls, texts, emails, posts and messages all conveying your love, concern and support. We have read so many stories about your fondest memories from Giusti’s or what Giusti’s meant to you. We’ve also read heartfelt messages from some who never visited us but wanted to or would have. And now we have a flock of trucker hats on the fence that barricades the building’s remains, showing us just how much it was/is loved. We’re navigating through this bittersweet process and it’s been difficult to keep up with it all, but we want everyone to know that your kind words and gestures do not go unnoticed. We appreciate your kindness, sincerity, generosity and all the positive vibes you have been sending our way. We also recognize that so many of you are hurting right along with us and we feel for you too. We know many of you are anticipating Giusti’s future, but for the time being we are taking it day by day and our family has yet to determine our future plans. But a few things for certain are that we’re thankful no one was injured and we will always have the memories - the best of memories. And we can keep them alive by continuing to tell our stories of Giusti’s. We want to thank you all again for the outpouring of love and support, not only now but throughout the years as well, especially this past year.
