Boba Bora specializes in teas made fresh to order with premium loose leaf tea and special ingredients.

We are hiring baristas/cashier to join our brand new team! We welcome anyone who is passionate about tea and customer service to be a part of us!

TEA BARISTA JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and ensure quality of drinks.

- Provide excellent customer service

- Maintain cleanliness of working area

- Cashier (greet customers with big smiles and take orders)

- Able to work at least 20 hours a week

- Prepare and ensure quality of teas and ingredients made in the kitchen (brew tea, cook boba, cut fresh fruits, etc)

- Refilling teas and ingredients



THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS VALUES THAT INCLUDE:

- Follow recipe and preparation manual closely (we care most about the quality of our products)

- Be passionate, friendly, and cheerful (also very important!)

- Must have availability to work during the holiday season

- Respond to customer complaints

- Insist on providing great customer service and have the ability to build and grow customer relationships

- Work well as part of a team

Compensation: base salary $12/hr
