I would like to share some news about our Red Wing family.

During my 40 plus years of employment with the Red Wing Diner. I was never more proud of the quality and consistency of the food we were able to produce as I was when the Zacarias brothers Lucas & Leno were running the back of the house.

I am very excited to let people know that Lucas & Leno have opened their own restaurant.
