💛 Walpole, you reminded us what community looks like.

After yesterday’s difficult situation, the kindness you’ve shown these young entrepreneurs has been incredible. Your comments, shares, and support have meant so much—not just to us, but especially to the kids.

Tomorrow we’re helping them do what they originally set out to do… sell lemonade with smiles instead of fear. 🍋

📍 They’ll be outside Tessie’s (thanks Mark and Maura!!) from 4:00–5:00 PM before the Fire Engine Parade and fireworks.

It’s going to be a hot one, so stop by, grab a cup of lemonade, say hello, and help show these kids that kindness is louder than bullying.

Even if you don’t need a lemonade, your encouragement will mean the world to them.

Let’s fill that hour with smiles, support, and everything that makes Walpole such a special place. ❤️

🍋 A Message to Our Community: Let’s Turn Lemons into Lime Rickeys! 🍋

We were heartbroken to hear about what happened in our community today. A group of local kids set up a lemonade stand, trying to beat this oppressive heat wave with some good old-fashioned hard work and fun. Unfortunately, their day was cut short after being bullied and harassed by two other kids, forcing them to pack up and shut down.

That is not who Walpole is, and that’s not how we treat our neighbors.
To the kids who were running that stand: We see your hard work, and we are so sorry your day ended that way. Don't let anyone dull your entrepreneurial spirit!

Tomorrow, we want to invite those kids into Country Kitchen WALPOLE for a free round of Lime Rickeys on us. 🥤✨ We want to give you the sweet ending to your week that you actually deserved.

Our community is about—kindness, support, and lifting each other up. If you know the families of the kids who were running the stand, please have them send us a message so we can make sure they get their treats tomorrow!
