Wow, what an incredible journey it's been over the last 17 years! From humble beginnings in a cozy 14ft trailer, Bjerk Concessions has blossomed into an empire of 3 food trailers and a cherished concession stand at the hockey arena. Each summer, these trailers have been our home, a place of endless adventure and joy. It's been a privilege to forge lifelong friendships and share countless memories with so many of you.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for unwavering loyalty and support. It's your patronage that has fueled our passion and allowed our small business to thrive – we truly couldn't have done it without you!

And now, it's time for a new chapter. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Shanna and Tyrone the proud new owners of Bjerk Concessions! Rest assured, they are committed to preserving the essence of what you've always loved – the same great recipes and the same beloved menu will continue to serve smiles and satisfaction.
