We will be out and about this week with the trailer! Here is a list of our locations this week.

Today, Tuesday June 16th Wapak Walmart 12PM-3PM or until sold out. We are donating 20% of our sales to The Children's Miracle Network. Last year we donated $500. Help us donate more this year!

Wednesday, June 17th Buckeye Electric 100 Commerce Dr. Botkins 11AM-1PM

Friday, June 19th Lake Cody Campground 5775 Ottawa Rd, Elida 5PM-9PM

Saturday, June 20th VanDemark Farms 201 S VanDemark Rd, Sidney 12PM-6PM. This is an event for veterans and open to the public.

Shop also open Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 3PM-8PM. Friday and Saturday 12PM-8PM.

We have some exciting news! We are getting a larger oven for the shop, and it will allow us to make larger pizzas! We'll be trying out some NY style, as well as other styles, but we will have a crispy crust pizza to offer. This will be a limited time offering on occasion until we get everything right. We will probably go up to a 16" pizza. These will take quite a bit longer than our Neapolitan style, but only by a few minutes. We will be using all of the same ingredients and sauce for this. I've done it several times with smaller pizzas, and it's crazy how differently they taste due to the lower temperature and a longer bake. We may also do a Chicago thin and crispy style. This is a cracker like crust that would be cut into squares. Please continue to follow us and invite your other Facebook friends so they know what we're doing at Apollo Pizza! It will take a while to get different styles done right, but we will do our best to offer something different, albeit on a small scale each week.

I'll be placing an order with Gozney soon. If anyone is interested in any ovens or accessories that we don't have in the shop such as the Dome Gen 2, or Dome Gen 2 XL, please let me know.

It's tough to beat a good cold fermentation! The dough balls always come out extra fluffy and full of flavor. We have over 200 dough balls for the shop and Party in the Park tonight. Just a reminder- we will have a limited menu tonight in the trailer to speed things up. We're offering cheese, Margherita, pepperoni, sausage, onion, and banana peppers.

In order to speed things up, we will be having a smaller menu. Toppings will be pepperoni, sausage, onion, banana peppers and garlic cheese. We are going to par bake some pizzas at the shop to also help speed things up. We can't wait to see you all on Friday!
