Just hopping on real quick to let our friends know that the door at Mahara Massage & Wellness will be locked between sessions & we won't have coffee available today.

So sorry guys! Our main barista needed a rest day and we are so close to getting our equipment delivered & installed (things are about to get crazy and exciting) so we want to let her rest while she can. After our counters and appliances are installed, Mama Barista gets ZERO BREAKS! 😈😆 (Kidding)

Thanks for bearing with us as we work hard to get our raccoons in a row. I know the saying is ducks, but I like raccoons so just let me have this one, m'kay? ☺️

Today's after work project: working on the mailbox for Mom's land that I've been working on over a year now. 🫣🫣

It's going to honor the girls. One side for Krysta, one side for Kira, and both of them together on the back. Cute little graphics and drawings and symbolism for each of them.

So there I am in my spa after hours, quietly editing graphics to turn into stickers. No music. No videos. I hadn't even opened Apple Music, Spotify or YouTube today.

I'm in the middle of editing a picture of Toothless...
..when my phone suddenly BLASTS Starships by Nicki Minaj at full volume from the depths of whatever technological haunted house my dumb android phone has become. 😳🤣 (Have I mentioned how much I miss my iPhone?)

Girls.

I love you dearly, but what exactly are you trying to tell me here? That you're in first class? That the afterlife has questionable DJ choices? That y'all simply wanted to remind me you still have the ability to startle my whole life right out of me?

I'm open to theories because so far all mine suck. 😂👻🚀

Hey Friends!
If you're wondering why we haven't posted coffee shop hours for this week, it's because we've been off chasing shiny things. ✨

Monday was one of those days where a whole lot of unglamorous grown-up stuff got accomplished, which may not make for exciting photos, but it gets us one step closer to opening our doors.

We're not ready to make any big announcements yet, but we can tell you this:

The dream is very much alive.
The checklist is getting shorter.
And some pretty exciting things are happening behind the scenes. ☕️

We still have a book case to decorate and put over here, a lot of art work & other odds & ends, but we're starting small with what we have.

For those who are new to the page, we are currently accepting a minimum $5 donation for drinks while we are trying to reach our goal to officially open K2 Coffee, however, if you'd like to donate a little extra to the cause we are always incredibly grateful 🙏
Located INSIDE Mahara Massage & Wellness at 85 Broad St in Warm Springs. We serve espresso, cold brew & a few non-coffee beverages. Hopefully we'll see you this week!
