The lamb picanha dish has been on the menu for about a month now and gets absolutely rave reviews, but some folks are a little unsure about the crunchy lupini bean we serve with the dish.

The lupini bean is an incredible super food! Lupini beans are protein-packed, low in fat, calories, and carbohydrates while being rich in dietary fiber. They are a “super bean” native to the Mediterranean, providing essential minerals like magnesium, potassium, iron, and copper.

We love this bean and recommend it for bean salads! We now carry it in our gift shop should you want to grab a jar and try it for yourself!

This lamb dish is a must try if you see it on the menu because we aren’t sure how long it’ll be around. Harissa roasted carrots, grilled lamb, chimichurri, crème friache, and a delicious lupini bean salad. 12/10!
