📢 We had a last minute catering order come through, so the smoker is FULL, but we're still going to be LIMITED on items (about 2/3 of our normal amounts), so if there was ever a day to come early, it's today!

We will have several items available on July 4th. While we will have some extras available the day of, the only way to guarantee your order is to order and pay over the phone by Thursday, July 2nd!

🔥 Half and Whole Brisket - $30/lb
On average these will be 3-3.5 lbs and 6-6.5lbs, respectively. $50/$100 nonrefundable deposits are due when placing your order. The remaining balance based on weight will be due at pickup.

🔥 Whole Boston Butts - $50

Sauces will come with every order, and we will have buns available for purchase!
