*Roast Beef Grilled Cheese*

Apparently some of y’all missed this one a little too much, so by popular demand the Roast Beef Grilled Cheese is making its return. Slow-roasted beef piled high between thick-cut white bread, smothered in rich au jus gravy and loaded with melted mozzarella, then pressed golden on the grill. Messy, cheesy, hearty, and absolutely worth it!

*Anthony Bourdain’s Favorite Mortadella Sandwich*

Inspired by one of Anthony Bourdain’s favorite sandwiches. Warm mortadella and melted provolone piled onto a toasted ciabatta bun with mayo and sharp Dijon mustard. Simple, rich, and dangerously easy to crush, but just fancy enough to make you feel like you should be eating on a street corner with Bourdain himself in Italy somewhere with a cigarette you don’t even smoke.

As graduation season rolls around, we just want to say how proud we are of the young people that have been part of our team this year.

Our high school employees are a huge part of what makes Tap & Pour what it is. From busy trivia nights to crazy weekends, y’all have shown up, worked hard, learned, grown, and become part of this family.

We always strive to create a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment where people can grow not just as employees, but as individuals. Watching so many of y’all take the next step into adulthood is honestly something special.

Whether your future holds college, trade school, the military, or chasing a dream you haven’t figured out yet, we wish every one of you the absolute best. Thank y’all for the laughs, the hard work, and the memories.

Served with a rich, slightly spicy and sweet peanut salsa that brings a little nuttiness, a little heat, and a whole lot of “why is this so good?” They look innocent, but they’re not!

🐫 Camel Toe Tacos 🐫

We took the spirit of Cinco de Mayo and gave it a passport. Slow-cooked, seasoned camel tucked into a warm tortilla with pico de gallo, lettuce, shredded cheese and topped with a cilantro-lime dressing. It’s bold, it’s different, and it definitely did not come from down the street. If the name made you laugh, you’re ordering it. Don’t lie.
