A reimagined Cucumber Gimlet with Vermont makings:
Snowdrop Gin - From Saxtons Distillery in Brattleboro, VT; crafted with 18 botanicals for a crisp, floral base.
Velvet Falernum - Caribbean liqueur with lime, almond, ginger, and clove for subtle tropical spice.
Fresh-squeezed lime juice - Bright, tangy citrus lift.
House-juiced cucumbers - Sourced from local farms through the season for peak freshness.
Aquafaba foam – Silky texture from chickpea water, a vegan alternative to egg whites.

And, of course, you can't go wrong with a House Old Fashioned. Ours is a healthy pour of our thoughtfully selected bourbon or one of your choice, local Vermont maple syrup, a few dashes of angostura and orange bitters, stirred and poured over our hand-cut ice blocks.
