Leah and Shelly will be on payroll again the end of this month! They will be in charge of touching up any paint, setting up the kitchen and making sure everything is spotless, they will also be making arrangements for hiring of the new restaurant family!

We may not be on schedule but you see we are committed! I will apologize for our failed timeline. That is on me, not my wife or Leah. I will be turning in the menu to the health department tomorrow that Leah prepared and scheduling inspection on Tuesday.

Our IT guy started today and I am excited. He is doing a good clean job and I am confident all our patrons will get the best internet we could provide at this time.

Just a few updated pictures. The hood installation company is holding us back. We are going to continue work. I have told the hood company our time line. I started the hood system in February and have since had to put the cart in front of the horse to get things done. I wanted the hood done before floors and trim to prevent damage, which would have set us back at least another month. We can't set the kitchen up until he is done. We still have to have the roofing company and electrician finish his work when he is done which he has all their contact info to coordinate to get this project done. I am not discrediting anybody for their work. I just want to explain why we are behind on what we had expected.
