This week is for Fathers with Father's Day being on Sunday, with that said Give dad what he really wants a day off and some Texas BBQ from Mark's Hometown'cue at 3951 Main ST Warrensburg NY open Thursday1Saturday 11am-8pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. This we will have Chef D's version of the Mac Rib sandwich, real shredded rib meat in a sweet tang sauce, diced onion and pickles on a fresh made roll. The pitmaster sandwich pulled pork, brisket, smoked sausage, crack sauce on a fresh made roll. House made pastrami on Saturday and more. So come getcha some.

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves. This right here explains my view of doing low n slow smoked Texas BBQ.
