Potts Meat Processing specializes in providing custom animal processing.

~You can deal directly with the owners, who are not only professional butchers and meat cutters but also understand all aspects of proper animal management.
~The Potts' family has a passion for the meat processing business and is dedicated to exceeding their customer's expectations.
~As a fourth generation business with over 125 years of combined experience, they understand the need and importance of devoting as much time and attention to one animal as they will to a hundred.
~A livestock tracking system is utilized to ensure that the meat from the animal you deliver is the same meat you receive in return.
~Our meat is vacuum sealed to guarantee freshness longer then standard paper wrapped processing.
~By utilizing our services, you help to support a viable infrastructure for other farmers who wish to market their products directly to the consumer. For people who don't raise animals, but appreciate locally grown food, Potts' Meats offers whole & half custom beef, whole custom pigs, as well as a wide assortment of packages. We offer both grass finished and grain finished beef. All of our beef are pasture raised. We are focused on regenerative and sustainable farming practices.

🐮 TWICE THE BLESSING! 🐮

Our first heifer has calved—and she surprised us with TWINS!

The chance of a first-time heifer having twins is less than half of one percent, making this an incredibly rare and special moment at Valley Home Farm.

Mama and both babies are doing great. What an exciting way to start the calving season!

The next generation has officially arrived—times two!

RANT FROM YOUR LOCAL FARMER:

“My body, my choice.”

Okay—then shouldn’t that include what we put into our bodies?

Shouldn’t we have the right to know where our food comes from, how the animal was raised and who produced it?

We’ve become more concerned about convenience and cheap prices than knowing what we’re feeding our families.

Buying local isn’t just a trend. It’s knowing your farmer. It’s supporting American agriculture. It’s keeping your money in your community—and having confidence in the food on your table.

Your body. Your choice.

Choose to ask questions.

Choose to read the label.

Choose to know your farmer.

Choose local.
