Not just someone to fill a position, we’re looking for the right person to join The Goat family.

Hiring for a full-time team member who is dependable, hardworking, friendly, and takes pride in what they do. Café or barista experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic mean even more to us.

We’re hoping to find someone who wants more than just a job, someone who wants to grow with us, be part of our team, and help create the welcoming experience our customers know and love.

✔ Is available at least one weekend day
✔ Is reliable, dependable, and motivated
✔ Works well in a fast-paced environment
✔ Enjoys working with people
Café/barista experience is a huge plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

We’re a small business and a close-knit team, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be here for the long haul. Someone reliable, hardworking, and looking for a full-time position, not just a temporary summer job. We want to find the right person to grow alongside us as The Goat continues to grow.
