We will have fresh Sourdough loaves and organic Vegetables available as well.

Enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal! The food we provide is predominantly from our own homestead. Grandma's vegetables and Herbs (in season), locally sourced whole grains, our grass-fed and pasture raised meats, and eggs from our farm!

Happy Saturday! Farmstand is open with fresh vegetables, sourdough, pies and cakes. A shout out to all our friends in Port Ewen. We're on our way down. The storefront will be a throbbing place today celebrating Mike's retirement.

Rachel and I picked strawberries from Grandma’s Garden yesterday evening.
Strawberries from Grandma’s organic garden taste amazing! Organic strawberries have a higher sugar content and are more fragrant. As Grandma uses no fungicides (which inhibit the fruit's cellular growth) they have a more concentrated, sweeter flavor!

We just picked up our latest batch of pork products from Trinity Meats.
Hot Italian,
Sweet Italian,
Chorizo,
Loin Chops and Bacon.
Because of rotationally grazing our livestock and their forage-based diet, the fat has a very low melting point, giving it an incredible, rich, and buttery flavor.
Trinity Meats did a great job. They provided great service and high-quality processing. It’s hard to find smaller scale facilities that are fully licensed USDA.
Although it’s quite a drive to get there it is worth it!
