For all of you holding your breath, you can exhale now…Foolish Fire is BACK! We know you’ve been patiently waiting for this one, and our beloved seasonal ale has finally returned bringing all those pumpkin patch flavors you’ve been craving.

Brewed with 80 pounds of pumpkin and a blend of cinnamon, clove, allspice, and nutmeg, Foolish Fire delivers a moderately spiced character balanced by malty sweetness. This cozy pint pairs perfectly with all things hearty and savory.

The name inspiration comes from the Latin term ignis fatuus, literally translating to “foolish fire,” a mysterious flickering light long associated with folklore across multiple cultures. Like the legends claim, we hope each sip of Foolish Fire brings extra light into your life!

Time flies when you’re having fun! 🍻 8 years has us feeling nostalgic over here, so to celebrate the occasion, we brewed up Hearth - a S’mores Imperial Stout, to deliver all the warm, cozy vibes.

Brewed with 10 lbs of real toasted marshmallows, 15 lbs of graham crackers, and vanilla extract, Hearth brings rich chocolate, vanilla, and toasted sugar notes together in a full-bodied b**r with the approachability of a milk stout. We even torched the marshmallows by hand on our patio!

Dan Greaves is playing live tonight starting at 6pm for the occasion, so swing by to help us celebrate!

Today, we’re raising a glass to 8 years of being a part of this incredible community. Countless pints. So many laughs, memories, first dates, celebrations, reunions, and good times shared around the hearth that is Apponaung and we couldn’t have done it without you.

To our Brew Crew, past and present: Thank you for the passion, hard work, creativity, and heart you’ve poured into this place. You’re the reason these walls feel like home.

To every guest who has walked through our doors from the very beginning to those who just found us: Thank you for choosing to spend your time with us. Every pint poured, meal shared, cheers raised, and story told has helped shape who we

And to our community: Thank you for supporting local, showing up, spreading the word, and growing alongside us. We’re incredibly grateful to be a small part of something so special. Eight years down, and we’re just getting started. Here’s to the memories, the people who made them possible, and everything still to come.

Cheers to 8 years and to many more!

For our latest batch of Glitch, we had the chance to do something a little different and got a lot creative!

As our first non-fruited entry to the series, we left the fruit behind and put the hops in the spotlight. We experimented with two new hop products: 3Cone T90 from Segal Ranch in Yakima, and Haas Euphorics Dark Moonlit Berry extract. This unique combination adds layers of red berries, and passionfruit, grape soda, and caramelized fruit character. We then built on those flavors with late kettle and dry hopping techniques, creating a juicy NEIPA that derives all of its fruit-forward character from the hops, with no fruit added.

Pair it with Fish Tacos or Lemon Pepper Wings

Come by and explore Glitch 4! 🍻
