When I moved to Italy in 1997, I had two goals: learn to speak Italian fluently and learn to appreciate red w**e. 🇮🇹🍷

I arrived a Pinot Grigio drinker, planning to stay six months. Then I met Massimo, and six months became eight wonderful years!

Along the way, I discovered Friuli-Venezia Giulia, near my Croatian ancestral roots, and fell in love with its w**es. Extraordinary whites, elegant reds, and so much more than Pinot Grigio!

This Thursday, I’m bringing a little Friuli to the Italian Bar! Join us for an intimate tasting with the importer of I Clivi, a remarkable family w**ery producing w**es from ancient vines.

🍷 Four w**es: Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Schioppettino & Cabernet Franc.
Two whites. Two reds. One fascinating corner of Italy.
