Introducing “Crêpes Parfait” a mobile vending unit serving authentic French crêpes, in both varieties: The savory ones, known in France as “Galettes” are made with rich and hearty buckwheat flour and wheat flour, prepared fresh right before your eyes, the chef spreads the batter over a crêpe griddle, flips it and fills it with a medley of ingredients and serves it to you in a crêpe cone. The other

variety is sweet dessert crêpes, made with white wheat flour and filled with a variety of aromatic authentic preserves, creams, chocolates and fruits and served to you warm in a crêpes cone.
