For class tonight, we studied the art of sautéing. I prepared a boneless pork chop cutlet and finished it with a classic pan sauce made from sautéed shallots, white wine, and unsalted butter. I paired it with perfectly sautéed zucchini to complete the dish. Safe to say… my homework was absolutely delicious! 👩🏽‍🍳🍽️

📢 Monday Update

Hey y’all! Chef Ru here. ❤️

We’ve had a slight change to our Monday schedule. We got a little carried away with deep cleaning our fryer hoods and vents, and to finish the job properly, we’ll need to keep the fryers completely shut down for the day.

TheXLounge will be CLOSED today so we can wrap up the cleaning and make sure everything is ready to go.

We’ll be back TOMORROW (Tuesday) from 12 PM – 10 PM, and yes… Egg Rolls will be available! 🎉

Thank you all for your patience and understanding. We can’t wait to serve you tomorrow with a fresh, clean kitchen and some delicious food!
