Currently taking coffee orders for Christmas. We are getting some orders in for Michigan as well. Amanda Oberlee-Clouse will be up after Christmas if you want her to deliver but we are also shipping. All bags are $20 each. (1lb bags) If you are 2 or more it’s $5 per bag shipping.

Honduran: Sweet chocolate and floral
Ethiopia: Lime and floral
Indonesia: Earthy and malt chocolate. (Only roast I do dark)
Peru: floral, chocolate and nutty
Decaf Mexico: semi sweet chocolate and floral

Hello all!

I have not been posting a lot as we work on building our business up here in Alaska. But we are going to have our first coffee tasting party here in AK! You will have the opportunity to try 4 different coffees made in both a French press and Chemex so you can taste the difference with the grind and different methods. With these you will be able to try a premium coffee that you can’t get anywhere else!

I will be sharing the event shortly. We look forward to this event.

Hello All! Starting to up our production here in Alaska now that it is a little warmer. Here are our incoming coffee beans. I'm so excited for this new lot! Let me know what you would like roasted up. -James

Ethiopia Yirga. Natural Processed: These beans will be a lighter roast than the rest of the lot. Look for a warm delicious blueberry jam type profile. Naturally sweet and almost tea like. ($14)

Rwanda Washed Microlot: Jazzy chocolate with a sweet roasted brown sugar spice. ($14)

Guatemala Antigua Washed: Chocolate with a floral undertone. ($14)

Decaf Mexican Natural: Robust rich chocolate with a floral undertone. ($14)

So to start our tasting here in Alaska we have:
Bolivian: Nutty, chocolate tones with a little bit of soft fruit.
Tanzania Peaberry: very chocolate type tones. Earthy with a very rich finish.
Papua New Guinea: smooth chocolate with a nutty finish.
Honduran: Floral and chocolate tones with a little caramel.
