Shoutout to Elite Towing & Recovery for pulling off what felt like a miracle!!
Watching Mocha Moose roll down the road was emotional (yes, there were tears), but knowing she was in the hands of professionals who treated her like royalty made all the difference. We’re beyond grateful for the care, precision, and total badassery Elite brought to the job.
And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more sentimental, an eagle flew overhead as Mocha Moose left the parking lot for the last time.
Our mom, who passed away, loved eagles. We like to think that was her flying by to say, “I’m here. I see you. And you’re doing just fine, kid.”
This whole journey has reminded us of something we’ve always known but maybe took for granted how special our small town community truly is.
In the middle of chaos and change, the people here have shown up with kindness, encouragement, and helping hands. The relationships built over coffee, conversations, and time, those are the real treasures. We’re so lucky to be surrounded by such genuine, good-hearted people.

You didn’t just move a building… you moved a piece of our hearts. And let’s be honest, probably the most espresso scented cargo you’ve ever hauled.
