🍓Quick & Easy Strawberry Shortcake Parfaits 🍓

These simple strawberry shortcake parfaits were a huge hit and took only about 10 minutes to assemble!

Start with fresh strawberries (I picked mine up from Own Apple Barrel 🍓). Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries, then sprinkle them with a little sugar. Let them chill in the refrigerator for a few hours to create a delicious natural syrup.

When you’re ready to serve:

✨ Add a spoonful of strawberries to the bottom of each cup
✨ Top with cubes of angel food cake or pound cake (store-bought, boxed, or homemade all work!)
✨ Add a generous dollop of whipped cream (I used Whole Foods premade whipped cream)
✨ Repeat the layers
✨ Garnish with fresh mint and extra strawberries

That’s it! A fresh, easy summer dessert that’s always a crowd pleaser.

Made with this week’s Apple of the Week — Red Delicious apples! The perfect mix of sweet, crunchy, fresh, and satisfying 🙌

This salad came together so easily and makes the perfect light salad. ☀️

🥗 Recipe:
• Mixed greens & Spinach
• Red Delicious apples, sliced
• Fresh blueberries
• Dried cranberries
• Chopped walnuts

✨ Optional add-ins:
• Goat cheese or feta
• Grilled chicken for extra protein
