Most people see the finished cookie.
I see recipe testing, mixers running, dough coming together, cookies fresh from the oven, and a camera roll full of photos trying to capture them just right.
It’s messy.
It’s creative.

Well... this wasn’t exactly the vision I had. 😂
One thing I’ve learned while building Moon Crumb Cookies is that not every idea becomes a winner—and that’s okay.
Sometimes you have to test, learn, and keep creating until you find the version that feels right.
Find what you’re good at.
Keep improving what you love.
And don’t be afraid to scrap an idea that doesn’t match your vision.
Back to the kitchen... Version 2 will be better.

Something cozy is coming to Moon Crumb.
This week, I'll be sharing the process of creating two new additions to the Moon Crumb lineup:
Harvest Moon Oatmeal Cookie
Harvest Moon Oatmeal Cream Pie
From mixing the dough and baking each batch to dipping, filling, and finishing every cookie by hand, every step is thoughtfully crafted using premium ingredients and baked fresh in small batches.
These new cookies will be available beginning Friday at the Moon Cart and throughout the weekend while supplies last.
