⚠️ FOOD TRUCK UPDATE ⚠️

Due to the severe weather and storms moving through the area, we’ve made the difficult decision not to have the FIRE N SMOKE food truck out today (July 3).

The safety of our customers, staff, and everyone on the road comes first, and we appreciate your understanding.

We know many of you were planning to stop by, and we’re just as disappointed as you are. We look forward to seeing you again very soon.

As we head into the holiday weekend, we want to wish everyone a safe, fun, and Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸🎆

🔥 FOOD TRUCK FANS, WE NEED YOUR HELP🔥

We’ve been talking about adding something new to the FIRE N SMOKE food truck menu, and before we do, we want to hear from you.

🥩 Smoked Prime Rib Sandwich

Slow-smoked prime rib, sliced thin, piled high on a toasted roll, and served with au jus for dipping.

The catch? It would be a FOOD TRUCK EXCLUSIVE and available at select events only.

Would you order it?

👍 Absolutely! Put it on the truck.
