Welcome to the official page of The Jigger Engineer— Crafting cocktails with history, balance, and intention. I specialize in mixing vintage drinks and modern classics, always focusing on balance, technique, and the story behind each pour.

You can find me every Thursday night at Harry’s Bar in Watertown, SD, or behind the bar at private events, crafting cocktails that bring people together. I also offer classes and education for those who want to dive deeper into cocktail culture.

I work closely with Glacial Lakes Distillery and Gather Coffee Shop, curating special nights and menus that highlight local flavors. Whether it’s an Espresso Martini or an Old Fashioned, I believe a great cocktail is more than a drink… it’s an experience.
