Dry Rub Ribs vs Fried Ribs 🥊 What’s the difference?

Dry Rub Ribs: These are our Regular Menu, tried and true Baby Back Ribs that we’ve had since the beginning! Smoked and served with dry rub only. You get to choose how, and if, you’d like to sauce them! 📸 Picture 1.

Fried Ribs: Only available when we are OUT of our Regular Menu Ribs. These are smoked earlier, cooled, and deep fried before tossed in a sweet BBQ sauce. 📸 Picture 2.

Why do we have a backup plan for if ribs run out? Why don’t we simply make more? Easy answer - Smoker Space! We have limited smoker space, so we can’t just simply ✨ make more ✨. We always make as much of everything as we possibly can. We pinky promise ♥️

Join us for a Car Show & Shine, Live Music by Matt Gauger & Joe Lindner, and more! The best part.. we are supporting the Watertown Area Memory Care & Aging Network (WAMCAN) with all donations raised! 💰 This will directly support those living with Alzheimer’s & Dementia in our community in addition to greatly supporting their loved ones.

🚘 The Car Show:
- Registration begins at 2pm. Free Will Donation Entry!
- One free meal ticket will be given per Car.
- The Show lasts from 5pm-8pm!
- Trophies will be awarded: People’s Choice, Best Truck, Best Car, 25 & Under.

We are expecting a high volume of guests tonight at the Country Road Barn due to the surrounding area festivities.

We are not accepting take-out, and we are no longer accepting reservations. We apologize for any inconvenience.‼️ We WILL have some walk-in space, but can never guarantee the length of wait times ‼️ Please see Reservation Policy in the comments below 👇🏼
