From the mysterious Eastern Lands comes a champion of concealed fire! This all-beef patty is masked in the armor of crispy peppered bacon, fortified with crunchy cheese balls and golden fried pickles, melted with Pepper Jack cheese, and finished with a surprising stroke of wasabi ranch, all upon a sesame seed bun. It's a bold creation from Watertown Brewing Company's executive Chef, Shawn Lindsey, who joined is via Zoom to boast a little about this burger, and we can't blame him!

We want to congratulate, Watertown Brewing Company for being nominated in the KELOLAND Beef Burger Showdown. Want a taste for yourself? You'll find them at 113 East Kemp Avenue in Watertown.

Watertown Brewing Company is open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 11 am until 9:30 pm. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. You can find their complete menu online at WatertownBrewing.com.
