All so amazing. At the 2025 Tennessee State Fair we entered a Funnel cake in the “Traditional Fair Food” Category of the Taste of the Fair competition.

We entered what we called a half cinnamon roll half maple bacon Funnel Cake

While we were awaiting the results of the contest, Sonny from "More Best Ever Food Review Show" came to check out our Red Relvet Funnel Cake.

Sonny came in and videoed Brandie while she made it. (Brandie had no advance notice that he was coming in.)

Later that evening, the big cheeses from the fair came sausheing to my trailer with the first place banner.

For the rest of the fair, people came to order my contest entry and check it out for themselves.

But

THEY RENAMED IT

LIKE COLLECTIVELY, EACH ON THEIR OWN

They all asked for the Nick Beres Funnel Cake

Seems he may have said something somewhere online about it? We haven’t seen it.

He was one of the judges, so that must be it?

We're across from the Bell Buckle Cafe again this year. Come see us.
