🎉Congratulations to Shawn Collins ( one of the owners of Buen) on his first Co-authorship in the journal published on PubMed and in Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism (Wiley): “Effects of 6-OHDA-Mediated Chemical Denervation of Sympathetic Axons in Inguinal Subcutaneous White Adipose Tissue.”

We hope this research means we can have more Apple walnut chimichangas 🍎🤭

The article can be found here:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/42642346/?fbclid=IwcGRvZgNleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZA80Mzc2MjYzMTY5NzM3ODgAAR4BpBfRVjdPHRTJLoA_9byokbTTjiUPschQywe0WXmurCfxgdNBe-N-PykRvw_aem_DtrJX0_o84zt1GyAv1GWHQ

Together, these data demonstrate that sympathetic denervation of scWAT induces coordinated metabolic, lipidomic, and transcriptional changes in the tissue as well as alterations to energy balance. Nerve crosstalk and potential compensation by sensory axons may help explain the findings.

Today is Championship Day for the Ladies Acceleration Tour! 🏁

Not saying we have a favorite, but we’re definitely rooting for Jody Rose 17R out there today!

To celebrate Jody, we’re serving up one of her favorite drinks Rum Punch and we’re naming it Jody’s Pit Stop Punch! 💥🏎️🍹

The championship will be held at Speedway Presented by Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in Hermon

Wish Jody some luck in the comments!
And tell us would you try Jody’s Pit Stop Punch?

LET’S GO, JODY!
