A quick update from the brewery.
First up, our brand-new hazy IPA, "The Big Sabroski", is expected to land this Saturday.
We've been pushing our hazies harder than ever, maximizing haze, freshness, and hop expression. We're proud to put them up against anyone's. Every batch is brewed fresh, served fresh, and designed to stay beautifully hazy from the first pour to the last.
The Big Sabroski is loaded with Sabro, Citra, and Krush hops, bringing layers of tropical fruit, citrus, and coconut-like character.
Coming soon after that is a brand-new Vienna Lager. Brewed to exacting standards with generous amounts of premium German malt and hops, it's everything we love about traditional lager brewing—small-batch, authentic, and true to style.
Then comes the return of "Man Pants" Kölsch, one of our favorite signs that summer has arrived.
Following that, we're introducing "Eh Through Zealand", a New Zealand Pilsner featuring Rakau, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Crisp, refreshing, and packed with the unique character that New Zealand hops are famous for.
And finally, our beloved "Thrust!" IPA—our number one-selling beer. Every day. Every week. All year long. We're now brewing it in smaller batches than ever to keep that hop character as bright, fresh, and expressive as possible.
