Thank you so much for all your support of my staff and I for these past 11 years. There were triumphs and mistakes, all from which I learned to be better. My love was to serve you well and to help me with that most was my amazing staff. They cared deeply for you all and I knew they were doing their best every day and I couldn't ask for more.

Due to some very difficult life events, I made the tough decision to put the building on the market in May. At that time, my staff was my shield for which I am forever grateful. They made it possible for me to continue.

An extremely large concern in leaving and starting a new adventure was not for myself but for my staff, for them to be taken care of. That prayer was answered when River from 's offered to take over breakfast so you would have a place to go, and to bring Stephanie, Julia, Kayley and Theresa on this new venture with her! They are starting at McDuff's on January 10th.

As for me, I don't know what my future has in store but I am sure it will be grand!

We will be doing the turkey pot pies again this year, back by popular request!

We are keeping it simple.

We are going to reopen for a limited time from November 2nd thru December 11th. Hours will be from 8 am to 2 pm, Wednesday thru Sunday.

The main changes will be that most of the menu items will be served on more lightweight or single use ware.

Also, our single pancakes will be made into two smaller pancakes.

I wrestled with if it would be fair to open for such a short time, but a short time to be with and serve you and my staff is a treasure.

See you starting November 2nd!

I will be taking the next 2 Fridays off to figure out life. I know if I can figure out life in two weeks and share that secret, I would be rich! But I assure you, I am so not that good, which I suppose is pretty obvious.
