You can’t build a menu around Sicily and leave this one out.

Born in Catania, Fusilli alla Norma is one of Sicily’s defining pasta dishes.. traditionally built around tomato, eggplant, basil and ricotta salata.

For our version, we kept the heart of the classic and took it in our own direction.

Brioche con Gelato

In Sicily, gelato isn’t always served in a cup or cone.. brioche con gelato is a staple throughout the island, traditionally pairing a soft, sweet brioche with gelato.

For ours, we went with one of Sicily’s most recognizable flavors.

You really can’t talk about eating in Sicily without talking about arancini.

They’re one of the island’s most recognizable foods, found everywhere from street-food counters to restaurants.. with the name, shape and filling changing depending on where in Sicily you are.

Naturally, we had to do ours a little differently.
