What a great day this has been for to many reasons to mention but I'll mention one!!
Today I've been grilling Boston Butts all day and it has went so well that we're going to have one of them for dinner ourselves.
Also today between flipping, injecting and wrapping them all up I worked on another project.

I've made a treats today that I hope to add to my Holiday medley which is right around the corner. I've over 400 of the these 4 different sweets.

Here my offer for tomorrow. If you would like a sample bowl which will include 3 of each for a total of 12 pieces.
I hope to put them in the bowl in the picture but it will be overflowing.
You can have a sample bowl for just $5 dollars. That is the deal of the day. I'll be all over the borough starting at 4:30 am.

The following is what the 4 items are!
The Hershey kiss Harry Potter butterscotch series sandwiched with pretzels
The Hershey regular kiss sandwiched
The Rolo sandwiched in pretzels
The Rolo with Pecan on top to make a single chocolate caramel cluster of one, lol.

Well we hope everyone has had a great, safe weekend.
Valerie and I took the off weekend to get some things done that we haven't had a chance to do.

Valerie made some yummy Peach Syrup, Peach Jam and Can Peaches.
Valerie also made some Jack Daniels Sweet BBQ sauce, my favorite on all types of meat. Also she made her Mustard based BBQ sauce.

I was able to make a few things also!
ROLO/ Pretzel/Pecan Turtles
ROLO pretzels
Vanilla Wafer/Peanut Butter/ Marshmallow Cream Chocolate Dipped cookies.

Tomorrow I'll be giving out free treats to start the week off right. Hope to see you.

Quick post this afternoon!!
I was late getting there this morning but the Wagan Barn Market has fresh Pecan Praline Crack this afternoon.
Also I picked up two of there cantaloupe yesterday and they are incredibly sweet and soft. They are the best of gotten this season from anybody.

You still have time to go get both today.

Good Thursday morning to everyone!!!
This morning I have a couple of announcements and I'll do them separately.

First thing is next Tuesday I have to smoke Boston Butts again for a catering Valerie took yesterday. If you didn't wear your BBQ taste buds out or just want one for the freezer let me know.
If I'm smoking I like to fill the grill.
Same price as the 4th, $30 each or $14 dollars per pound for, not shredded, chopped lean BBQ.
