Coming soon to Waynesville, NC. At Ember Barbecue we specialize in whole hog, pit cooked, Eastern NC style BBQ! Also on the menu will be St. Louis Ribs, Yardbird, Sausages, and from time to time we will mix it up with Brisket and Smoked Local Trout. We are taking over the space formerly known as Pub 319.
We will be working with companies like DoorDash and GrubHub for deliveries. In the (not too distant) future we will be offering full service catering, Pig Pickins, Smoked Thanksgiving Turkeys, Christmas and Easter Hams, Bacon, and more!
