Macanda pairs vibrant Latin American flavors with the artistry of Japanese cuisine, all set along the shores of iconic Lake Minnetonka. Specialty rolls, nigiri, and sashimi crafted with exceptionally fresh fish are complemented by innovative Japanese-inspired plates. Bold Latin influences shine throughout the menu in dishes like Empanadas, Grilled Octopus, and Street Tacos, creating a distinctive dining experience that brings together two dynamic culinary traditions in one vibrant, lakeside setting.
