so grubhub straight up lied to a customer. last night, the first driver stole their food. the second driver got the order cancelled because i told him it was already sent out. he did this while i was on the phone with grubhub trying to get a re-make slip. i kept telling grubhub that the customer wants their food and to please call them. they said sure, the customer can replace the order. apparently they called and told the customer that we were closed and thats why they couldn't get their order. i only found out because the customer just ordered directly from us and i recognized the address and food from yesterday. like 5 failures in one scenario. Do better.
