My 30th trip around the sun!
Funny, I don't feel old 🤔 Must be the four years of carnivore eating! According to the "experts," I should be dead by now from scurvy or high cholesterol. Instead, I'm my strongest, happiest, healthiest self.
Working today but treated myself to some nourishing meals after a killer workout 💪🏼
Broke a 17hr fast with 16oz ground goat from seasoned with hyrb salt + a bag of NY strip .snax
My second meal was an amazing pound of birthday brisket from the best BBQ in Tampa: - one of the few bbq places that makes sure to get authentic smoke flavor without all the sugar!

Start to finish with brine kit! Ceil, my mom, and my grandma all agree it's absolutely the best. So flavorful, juicy, and perfectly done. I am a little ashamed of leaving the transmitter in the turkey, but I like to keep the government on their toes, you know? Happy Thanksgiving! 👍👊✌

A scary good keto Halloween tradition ,

We smoked these "country style" ribs at 220 for about 2.5 hours on the with Applewood pellets.

First, layer the flavor! Olive oil spray binder, then Hyrbsalt, next, we coat our KetoBBQ for that sweet BBQ boldness.

Real food needs REAL food seasonings.
