🍄🌿 Oh, spring just got a little wild.
This week’s special is our Local Fiddlehead Ferns at Sea Salt Fry Co — fresh-picked Maine fiddleheads sautéed in garlic, shallots, and butter until they’re perfectly crisp-tender, then served over a silky Grana Padano Budino (Italian cheese custard). Earthy, nutty, garlicky, and stupidly luxurious. Basically the forest floor decided to dress up fancy.

Available Friday through Sunday… and Monday only if any survive the weekend.
