The well known Chef Ruben Santiago (formerly of The Bistro in Cuba, NY) heads our kitchen and prepares wonderful food with passion and artistic flair. To all my lovely friends in Wellsville - I have finally purchased a home in Pensacola and am physically moving end Sept. I am planning to visit Wellsville this weekend for the last time & was figuring to have dinner at L'Italia on Saturday evening, maybe visit the Elks & Wellsville Brewing. Thanks to Everyone for your support of The Duke House for the past 6 years and for those who patronized my closing sale.

At this point, everything remaining must go. I have put it on the front porch and it is FREE for the taking. Bring a box or bag and feel free to take whatever you may have a use for.

I still have a couple things inside for sale including my beautiful framed chalkboard signs at greatly reduced price of $100 each or both for $175.

I also have a couple file cabinets available, and a very sturdy wooden compartmentalized rack that we used as a winerack.

Hello Everyone, I will be at The Duke House again tomorrow (Tuesday July 20) all day from 10AM - 8PM, selling all my remaining furnishings, tools, equipment, dishes, silverware, tea & pantry inventory. I will be selling my remaining inventory of loose leaf tea & tea canisters.

I have 30 white fabric chair covers available, suitable for folding chairs. They were ordered for a wedding on the pergola but never used. There is also a white table skirt available.

Pretty comfy sofa - Gorgeous antique china cabinet - Small white cabinet - Antique drop leaf table - lots of fine china, stemware, white teapots, silverware, cookbooks, kitchen tools, shelving, wine rack, pantry goods, beverages, small microwave and more.
Restaurant equipment remaining - Delfield lowboy refrigerator (3 door) purchased new in 2015 & runs well, Point OS POS system (with cash drawer, cc processor, 2 monitors, 2 printers, 1 cash drawer & 1 kitchen printer), thermal register tape, 2 large ornate chalkboard signs, reservation book, large rolling buffet/work station, small espresso machine, milk frother, 2 automatic water heat/dispense machines, baking tools & supplies, lots of small hand tools, dish machine racks, entry rugs, rubber mats, cleaning supplies, small countertop fryer, large wall clock (front of house decor), kitchen wall clock, 10 sets lobster tools (butter melters, forks, claw crackers), large pizza boxes, small cold drink cups, numerous dishes, glasses, mugs, carafes, small computer desk, office desk with hutch and file drawer, file cabinet, legal size file cabinet, 3 extension phone system.
