This week’s question came in Tuesday:

“Dear Pizzaman: my team got knocked out of the World Cup and I don’t know who to root for anymore. Help.”

Pizzaman said: Root for whoever’s playing England. Works every time.

That was Tuesday. Last night, England lost. ⚽ We’re not saying the Pizzaman controls the outcome of international soccer. We’re just saying he’s 1 for 1 and Vegas should be nervous.

Got a problem? Drop it in the comments or DM us — work drama, in-law drama, “my husband puts pineapple on pizza” drama. Best question gets answered next Thursday. The man is clearly operating at a higher level. Use him.

Today’s schedule, in order of importance:

3PM — 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ENGLAND vs ARGENTINA 🇦🇷, semifinal, on our screens. Messi’s (probably, maybe, who knows) last World Cup. You want to say you watched it somewhere better than your kitchen.

5PM onward — Wine Down Wednesday. 🍷 Half-off your second glass with any dine-in dinner. Because whichever team you’re rooting for, you’ll need it by the 80th minute.

Come for the match, stay for the pasta. Or come for the pasta and get emotionally invested in a game between two countries you have no connection to. Both are valid. 🤌

Let’s address the elephant in the room: the USA is out. 💔 We watched it happen. On our own TVs. We fed you pizza while it happened. We’re sorry for our role in this.

BUT — the World Cup doesn’t stop, and neither do we. 🇫🇷 FRANCE vs SPAIN 🇪🇸 — semifinal, 3PM TODAY, on our screens. Come watch two teams that are still alive (too soon?).

AND it’s Family Night Tuesday — kids eat free with any adult entrée, dine-in. So: world-class soccer at 3, free kids dinner after 5. Honestly the best Tuesday available in Wesley Chapel. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦⚽

We were closed Saturday for the 4th, so we’re making it up to you with a rare Monday opening — and the timing could not be more perfect. Win or go home. The USA is one game from the quarterfinals, and we are NOT watching this one alone.

The plan:

📺 USA on every TV

🗣️ A packed room screaming at the screen
