Well thanks to Canada it was very hot and smoky in Fargo on Thursday. Air quality was horrible, but at least our new shipment of rubs and sauces arrived from ! We participated in the EagleRidge Plaza Annual Rib competion with about 20 other teams.

Needless to say the weather wasn’t the only thing hot and smoky! We fired up the 55 gallon smokers and ran for the day, fueled on by and !

Utilizing s amazing rubs and sauces, we came up with an amazing profile for these ribs, and a lot of great comments from the public who had the opportunity to sample and vote for peoples choice.

While we did not win the peoples choice, we snagged the judges vote for 2nd in ribs and picked up a trophy and 5 Benjamins!

Could not keep getting better and gaining more knowledge and success without our sponsors and partners, and the amazing teams we have collaborated with!

Needless to say the weather wasn't the only thing hot and smoky! We fired up the Gateway Drum Smokers 55 gallon smokers and ran for the day, fueled on by Royal Oak Charcoal and Smokey Woods BBQ.

Utilizing Fergolicious BBQ's amazing rubs and sauces, we came up with an amazing profile for these ribs, and a lot of great comments from the public who had the opportunity to sample and vote for peoples choice.

IYKYK…. Competition last weekend in Worthington, then Thursday in Fargo. Today is our Saturday fun day. Lol! Sheyenne BBQ if you’re home today, I got a special for you! Bring over your drums you can use my pressure washer lol!

4AM came early, but we are up and at em! Thick humid morning means a little challenge to get and keep the needles straight up, but holding temp as always now.

Day 2 at King Turkey Day Smokin' Gobbler BBQ Cook-Off with some amazing and talented teams and friends!

Congratulations to Rum N' Smoke BBQ (Mr. Friday Night Ribs) for a 1st place in, well ribs, on, yup Friday!🏆

Congratulations to Big Racks Barbecue (James going solo!) for a perfect 180 score! 🏆

Our ribs were ok, not our best, and we loved the turkey but the judges not so much. However today is the big day, we’ve reset, recharged and re-focused for the Masters comp today!
