Caterer serving primarily slow smoked southern barbecue and traditional homestyle sides. We have a real passion for making good food and sharing it with others.

Natural Red Catering started from a passion to make authentic southern smoked barbecue in an area unfamiliar with barbecue done the right way and frankly hard to get around these parts. Our passion extends to our personal life as we frequently entertain friends and family at our home. You won't beat our prices; compare us to other caterers or barbecue restaurants. Let us do your next gathering or party. We can feed 2 to 250+ people. Pitmaster Brian Walrath was first exposed to true slow smoked barbecue while in college in North Carolina. He's traveled all over the states and in every prominent barbecue region of the US to learn and sample the best there is in our truly American cuisine! Brian's passion is also on display several times throughout the year competing and honing his craft on the KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society) circuit in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond, competing from Pennsylvania to Georgia and many parts in between. Send us a message, and let us know what you have in mind! We'll work up a tasty menu that will blow your guests away...they haven't had barbecue like this, trust me. Don't believe it? Please, please, please, read our reviews and check out the pictures on this page...and then give us a call! Special thanks for Mark Anderson for designing our logo and to our friends for all your support and taste testing expertise! Finally, don't forget to sign up for our emails. We often have barbecue by the pound specials or last minute meal deals on the weekends when you don't want to cook! Hope to hear from you soon! - NRC
