If you’ve enjoyed one of our specials, smash burgers, or a Wingin’ It Wednesday, there’s a good chance TJ had a hand in making it. As one of the creative minds in our kitchen, he’s always cooking up new menu ideas and finding ways to bring bold flavors to Mill District.
