If you weren’t aware, Burundi is basically Stephen and I’s favorite arrival year after year.

Why? Partially because we feel it is an under-appreciated origin, producing some of the most delicious coffees in the world. And the hard work of this trio and their producers speaks for itself.

I’m sure more official posting will follow, but from us to you—in our first *official* announcement—we are OPEN for business at our 2nd location in Richardson, Texas! 🤠

So much thought and prayer and hard work has gone into this moment and we are beyond excited to welcome you into our new space!

We’ll be in the transition period for a bit between what was the VERY beloved Communion Coffee and what we hope is the soon-to-be beloved new Peregrine location.

The café is open now and serving our coffee, with the roasting operation setting up shop later in the summer! ☀️

So, come say howdy! We can’t wait to tell you all about our dreams!
