Hello! As the picture states, we're not going to be open Saturday so I can attend a family function. That said, make sure you get those preorders in early tomorrow to secure that time slot! I often get asked why I don't just make more dough- it mostly comes down to timing and staffing. We make just shy of 100 pizzas a day, but can only put out about 8 every fifteen minutes working at full steam, plus the ovens need time to reheat after each batch. Hope that helps!
